Privacy policy.
This page explains, in plain words, what data we collect when you visit the site or buy a course, and what we do with it.

Who is responsible
Ariel Cubas, based in Miami, Florida, is responsible for the data described here. For anything related to your data, write to hello@arielcubas.com.
What we collect
Only what the platform needs to work:
- Your name and email when you create an account.
- Your password, always encrypted; nobody at the studio can read it.
- Your purchases: the course, the date, the amount and the identifiers our payment provider gives us.
- Your progress: which lessons you watched and how far you got, so the platform can show you where you left off.
- Technical data from your visits, such as the IP address and the browser, which we use to keep the site safe and to stop abuse.
What we use it for
For the reasons you would expect, and nothing more:
- Give you access to the courses you bought.
- Send you the emails of your account: purchase confirmation, password reset and notices about the service.
- Answer your messages and support requests.
- Keep the accounts and the tax records the law asks for.
- Understand, in aggregate, which courses are watched the most.
Who else sees your data
We work with outside providers to run the platform. Each one processes data only for the reason we hired it:
- The payment provider (Stripe), which processes the card and tells us the result of the charge. We never receive your full card number.
- The video provider (Bunny Stream), which delivers the classes through a temporary link.
- The hosting provider, where the site and the database live.
- Google Analytics 4, which measures visits in aggregate. See the next section about cookies.
How long we keep it
Account data, while your account exists. Purchase records, for the years the tax rules require. The progress of the lessons disappears with the account.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and your data. Write to hello@arielcubas.com and we answer within 30 days.
One consequence worth knowing: if the account is deleted, the access to the courses bought with it goes too.
Minors
The courses are for adults: you must be 18 or older to create an account.
Changes to this policy
When something important changes we update the date at the top and, if it affects your data, we tell you by email.
